New York Mets starting pitcher Jacob deGrom (side) will make a rehab start with Low-A St. Lucie on Thursday, according to Justin Toscano of NorthJersey.com. deGrom has been dealing with right side tightness recently, forcing him to be scratched from one start and then causing him to exit early from his last start. When healthy, deGrom has been one of the dominant pitchers in the league this year with a 46.1 percent strikeout rate and 0.68 ERA in six starts. If his start on Thursday goes well, he should return to New York's rotation soon.--Michael
