Jacob deGrom Looks Good Early In Camp
3 days agoTexas Rangers starting pitcher Jacob deGrom (elbow) had all eyes on him during a recent bullpen session over the weekend. Due to injuries, deGrom has only been able to start nine games since joining the Rangers in 2023. He underwent his second Tommy John surgery of his career in June of 2023. The right-hander made three starts for in September last season, but is ready to be a bigger contributor in 2025. The Rangers obviously aren't going to push him to 200 innings, but the goal is for deGrom to make about 30 starts. Manager Bruce Bochy said deGrom has looked good, so hopefully the four-time All-Star can make a larger impact in 2025.
