Jackson Holliday Reassigned To Minor-League Camp
8 months agoBaltimore Orioles infield prospect Jackson Holliday has been reassigned to minor-league camp. The clear-cut No. 1 prospect in baseball, Holliday has seen time at both shortstop and second base this spring while hitting .311 with two home runs, six runs, six RBI, two stolen bases, and a .954 OPS across 48 trips to the plate in Grapefruit League action. The 20-year-old mashed his way through four minor-league levels in 2023, combining to hit .323 with 12 home runs and 24 stolen bases alongside a .941 OPS across 125 games. He drew 101 walks against just 118 strikeouts and also logged 30 doubles along with nine triples. Holliday will almost certainly see a big-league promotion sooner than later and remains an elite dynasty league option in drafts this spring.
