Jackie Bradley Jr. Returns To Lineup On Thursday
4 years agoBoston Red Sox outfielder Jackie Bradley Jr. was out of the lineup on Wednesday as the team faced left-hander Trevor Rogers and the Miami Marlins. For Thursday's game, with right-hander Jose Urena on the mound for the Marlins, Bradley will be back in action, starting in center field and batting sixth. Bradley has actually done pretty well against lefties this year, slashing .271/.340/.479 with two home runs over 48 at-bats. It's a solid improvement from last year, when his slash line against lefties was .213/.305/.335. Bradley doesn't offer a ton of upside for fantasy purposes, but is a decent low-end starting option in deep leagues, especially those that start five outfielders.
