2 years agoSt. Louis Cardinals starting pitcher Jack Flaherty (shoulder) will be throwing a bullpen session on Tuesday. He is expected to throw between 35 and 40 pitches in the workout. The right-hander faced live hitters five days back, throwing 25 pitches to his teammates Lars Nootbaar and Ivan Herrera. Flaherty has been on the injured list all year and he still doesn't have a clear return timetable. His high upside and promising track record make him worthy of keeping in an IL spot in most fantasy leagues.
