Jack Doyle Startable Against Jaguars
6 years agoIndianapolis Colts tight end Jack Doyle made an emphatic statement when he returned from a hip injury in Week 8 to catch all six of his targets for 70 yards and a touchdown. When it comes to starting tight ends in fantasy football, Doyle's matchup against the Jacksonville Jaguars' No. 1 passing defense isn't all too enticing. However, in the games in which Doyle and fellow tight end Eric Ebron have been active, Doyle has out-snapped him 193-71 and run 101 pass routes compared to Ebron's 44. In continuing to occupy his role as a reliable target for quarterback Andrew Luck over the middle, he should make for a solid option for fantasy owners in PPR formats.
