2 years agoIn a game riddled with injuries, the Houston Rockets can find solace in their rookie power forward Jabari Smith Jr. (illness) facing the Bam Adebayo-less Miami Heat. Earlier Thursday, Miami stated Smith was feeling ill, but it seems he's good enough to play this evening. On a rebuilding team, sometimes these games are where an otherwise underperforming player finds their groove. Perhaps the underwhelming rookie Smith will capitalize on the Heat's predicament -- a second night on a back-to-back schedule while missing four rotation players.
