Ja Morant Puts On A Show Against Rockets
5 years agoMemphis Grizzlies point guard JA Morant made history in Tuesday's win over Houston, becoming the first-ever rookie to score at least 25 points while handing out eight or more assists and shooting 90 percent or better from the field. His only miss with 11 attempts came from downtown and he finished with 26 points, adding eight dimes, five rebounds, one steal, and one block. Memphis has scored at least 110 points in 12 consecutive games and Morant is leading the charge. He's nicely set up for another good performance on Friday against the horrible Cavs, who have the second-worst defense in the league.
