J.T. Miller To Stick On Top Line On Saturday
6 years agoTampa Bay Lightning forward J.T. Miller will start his third straight game on his team's top line with Nikita Kucherov and Steven Stamkos on Saturday. Expected to play in this spot prior to the season, Miller has instead spent the majority of the campaign on the Lightning's fourth line but still has managed to produce ten points (three goals, seven assists) in 12 games. The 25-year-old recently got triple position eligibility in Yahoo (C, LW, RW) and should benefit greatly from exposure to the team's top forwards at even-strength. In his previous two games on the top unit, Miller has posted just one assist, a minus-three rating, two shots and four hits. He'll need to produce on Saturday if he wants to keep his place in the Tampa Bay lineup.
