J.T. Miller Gets Three Points From The Fourth Line
6 years agoTampa Bay Lightning forward J.T. Miller has been forced to settle for a fourth-line spot in recent games, but he didn't let that bother him on Saturday night when he had three points in an 8-2 win over Columbus. Miller is still used heavily on the power play and that's where he got all his points, recording assists on goals by Brayden Point and Alex Killorn, before scoring the final goal of the night himself with only a second to go in the game. Everything clicked for Tampa on the night, so head coach Jon Cooper will likely keep the lines for a while, but Miller should move up the lineup -- into the top-nine at least -- soon enough.
