J.D. Martinez Sitting Out On Tuesday
2 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers outfielder J.D. Martinez (back) is being held out of Tuesday's game against the Pittsburgh Pirates. The veteran slugger reportedly felt something in his back during Sunday's contest. The Dodgers are going to play it safe and have Martinez sit out for at least one game. Fantasy managers shouldn't expect Martinez to miss significant time because of the injury. Michael Busch will serve as the designated hitter and bat seventh versus right-hander Johan Oviedo on Tuesday.
