3 years agoBoston Red Sox outfielder J.D. Martinez (back) is back in the starting lineup for Tuesday's game against the Chicago White Sox. He will be the team's designated hitter for the game and he'll be batting third. Martinez was a literal last minute scratch from Sunday's game against the Seattle Mariners due to back spasms. He was able to use the team's day off on Monday to recover. Martinez has been fantastic at the plate so far this year. Over 33 games, he's slashing .349/.390/.581 with five home runs, 20 RBI and 20 runs.--Andrew Ericksen - RotoBaller
