J.C. Jackson Leaves Practice On Friday
1 year agoLos Angeles Chargers cornerback J.C. Jackson (knee) exited practice on Friday. The 27-year-old, who tore his patellar tendon in Week 7 of last season, experienced "general soreness" on his surgically repaired knee, so the team took the logical approach and kept him out. Jackson signed a five-year, $82.5 million contract in March of 2022 and has appeared in 67 games throughout his career, totaling 173 tackles and 25 interceptions. He's also a one-time Pro Bowler and won a Super Bowl with the Patriots. Fortunately, Jackson appears to have avoided a significant setback, although he may be limited to a degree moving ahead.
