However, Zubac appears to have picked up an ankle injury in the process, so his status for Friday is uncertain. If Zubac sits,
Ben Simmons and
Drew Eubanks would likely be asked to pick up the slack. Neither have offered much value at all this season. Simmons is a solid defender, so possibly he could have some low-end value, but fantasy managers shouldn't consider him a viable option.

Ivica Zubac (eye) will return on Thursday night against the Wizards after a two-game absence due to a left eye corneal abrasion. Zubac has been excellent for Los Angeles this season, averaging 15.0 points, 12.7 rebounds, and 1.2 blocked shots per game while playing 31.5 minutes per game. He will be in a smash spot against the Wizards, who allow the second-most fantasy points in the NBA to opposing centers. His return will most likely send
Mo Bamba back to the bench, especially since

Mo Bamba figures to move into the starting five, but he only played 15 minutes during their last game. He finished with 10 points and seven rebounds, so Bamba is still worth a look as a streaming choice. Also,
Nicolas Batum should see an increase in minutes with Zubac and
Kawhi Leonard (rest) sitting out on Wednesday.
