6 years agoAtlanta Falcons running back Ito Smith will be hoping to build on a solid first outing when he faces the New Orleans Saints in Week 3. Smith had 54 total yards on 10 touches against the Carolina Panthers on Sunday. Whether Smith has any value at all this week will depend on the status of Devonta Freeman, who remains a question mark at this point. If Freeman were to miss the game, then Smith would have fantasy value in deeper leagues. However, I do not expect him to see significantly more touches than he received in Week 2, meaning it will be hard for him to have value in shallower formats. In dynasty leagues, Smith is an extremely interesting stash, with Tevin Coleman out of contract at the end of this season.--Ben Rolfe
