3 years agoIslam Makhachev (20-1) continued his impressive run in the UFC on Saturday, winning his eighth straight fight in the lightweight division after losing his debut. If he continues to dominate like this, it won't be long before Makhachev is in title talks of one of the UFC's most talent-stacked divisions. Statistically, Makhachev racked up 61 significant strikes (148 total strikes) before securing a fourth-round submission victory via rear-naked choke. He was also 2-for-2 on his takedowns and locked in his lone submission attempt. There is no doubt that Makhachev will remain one of the highest-salaried fighters every week, but sometimes he's worth paying up for in fantasy.--Matt Bricker
