Isiah Pacheco To Start Over Clyde Edwards-Helaire Sunday
2 years agoKansas City Chiefs rookie running back Isiah Pacheco took first-team reps during practice and is expected to draw his first career start against the San Francisco 49ers in Week 7, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network. As a result, Clyde Edwards-Helaire will operate as the No. 2 back. Both players are still expected to see significant snaps. Pacheco, who was viewed as a rising star during training camp, has amassed 158 scrimmage yards through six games in a depth role. Meanwhile, Edwards-Helaire has 256 rushing yards, 137 receiving yards, and five touchdowns this season. However, his productivity has declined as of late; he has just 68 total yards and zero touchdowns over the course of his last two contests. Both backs should be viewed as RB3 options in fantasy football this week.
