3 years agoLos Angeles Lakers guard Isaiah Thomas enjoyed a good debut for the team on Friday, coming off the bench to score a team-high 19 points in 22 minutes in a 110-92 loss to Minnesota. He shot 5-for-12 from the field and 7-for-9 at the foul line while sinking two of his six efforts from deep. Thomas bagged a pair of rebounds as well and collected one assist and one block with two turnovers. This was only the fourth NBA appearance since the start of last season for the former Celtics star. He showed that he's still got game, and Thomas could now go on to enjoy a nice little spell, with the Lakers having multiple guys missing because of COVID-19 protocols.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
