7 years agoCleveland Cavaliers point guard Isaiah Thomas is slowly working his way into his role next to LeBron James, scoring 19 points in a loss against the Golden State Warriors. He shot 8-for-12 from the field, hitting one of his seven attempted threes. Thomas continues to establish himself as a point-dependent fantasy option that is a much better player in real life than in fantasy. For rookies, this is called name value, and you should probably start to look to sell on Thomas if you are not looking for points or threes. He is meshing well with James, but it still seems that Thomas will remain as a shoot-first point guard that gets five or six assists a game.--Jake King-Finnen - RotoBaller
