7 years agoCleveland Cavaliers point guard Isaiah Thomas, along with the rest of the team, played second fiddle to forward LeBron James in the win over the Minnesota Timberwolves on Wednesday. Thomas played only 31 minutes despite the game going into overtime, finishing the night with 13 points and seven assists. The former Celtic is undoubtedly still not at his best and is still working his way back from the hip ailment that forced him to miss significant time this season. Nonetheless, he will have a chance to make a significant impact on Friday against a Hawks team that has struggled all season, especially on the defensive end.
