Immanuel Quickley Records First Career Triple-Double
3 years agoNew York Knicks point guard Immanuel Quickley had a fantastic game off the bench in the team's 118-88 win over the Orlando Magic on Sunday. He compiled 20 points, 10 assists and 10 rebounds to achieve his first career triple-double. He shot 8-for-19 from the field in the game, hitting three three-pointers. He also swiped a pair of steals. The second-year pro had a standout weekend overall as he put up 17 points, seven assists and seven boards on Saturday. He's only averaging 3.2 assists and 2.9 rebounds per game on the year, so it's encouraging to see him show some versatility over the season's final stretch. We'll see if he can keep the impressive stats coming on Wednesday, when the Knicks host their cross-town foes, the Brooklyn Nets.
