2 years agoThe Texas Rangers announced Monday that former second baseman Ian Kinsler will rejoin the organization as a special assistant to general manager Chris Young. As part of his new role with the Rangers, Kinsler will be involved in player development at the Minor League level. He will first serve his duties as manager of Team Israel in the 2023 World Baseball Classic. Kinsler spent the first eight seasons of his 14-season career with the Rangers and was inducted into the Texas Rangers Baseball Hall of Fame in August 2022. The Rangers made a bunch of additions this offseason, so Kinsler will be returning to a team that should have a number of fantasy-relevant players.--Connelly Doan - RotoBaller
