Hyeseong Kim Could Start In The Minors
35 seconds agoLos Angeles Dodgers manager Dave Roberts has left open the possibility that rookie infielder Hyeseong Kim starting the year in the minor leagues as he continues to make swing adjustments after coming over from Korea. General manager Brandon Gomes has also been non-committal about where Kim will begin the 2025 regular season, although there is still plenty of time left in spring training before any final decisions are made. If the 26-year-old starts the year at Triple-A Oklahoma City, Tommy Edman would likely be the favorite for most of the playing time at the keystone in L.A. Kim's glove is steady, but it sounds like the Dodgers might want to give him some more time to develop as a hitter in the minor leagues before exposing him to big-league pitching in 2025. Fantasy managers should think of him as very similar to Ha-Seong Kim, but without as much power.
