Hunter Renfroe Exits With Hamstring Discomfort
3 years agoMilwaukee Brewers outfielder Hunter Renfroe (hamstring) was removed from Monday's game against the San Diego Padres due to right hamstring discomfort. Lorenzo Cain came on as a pinch-hitter for him in the fourth inning and remained in the game the rest of the way. Renfroe ran from first to home while scoring a run on Tyrone Taylor's double in the second inning. He likely aggravated his hamstring during that play. The 30-year-old veteran is set to get an MRI on Tuesday and should be considered day-to-day until we know more.
