Hunter Renfroe Dealing With Back Tightness
3 years agoMilwaukee Brewers outfielder Hunter Renfroe (back) was scratched from Saturday's spring training game against the Seattle Mariners with lower back tightness. According to Brewers manager Craig Counsell, the injury is "nothing serious." The 30-year-old is considered day-to-day, but Opening Day is a few days away. Fantasy managers should continue to monitor the situation. He slashed .259/.315/.501 with 31 home runs and 96 RBI with an .816 OPS in 144 games for the Red Sox in 2021. Renfroe is expected to be the team's starting right fielder to replace Avisail Garcia and is 47th among all outfielders in the latest RotoBaller rankings.
