Hunter Harvey Recovering From Flu, Spring Debut Unknown
5 years agoBaltimore Orioles relief pitcher Hunter Harvey is still recovering from the flu but has been able to throw in the bullpen, per MASNSports.com's Roch Kubatko. He is still recovering from congestion and does not have a timetable for his spring debut. The 25-year-old has long been one of the O's higher-valued prospects but has been riddled with injuries throughout his career. Fantasy players got a small taste of Harvey in 2019, as he recorded 11 strikeouts and four walks with a 1.42 ERA in 6 1/3 innings pitched. If he can stay healthy, Harvey has the type of stuff that could make him a successful closer. Fantasy players should monitor him throughout spring training once he feels well enough to pitch in games.
