Hoy Park Extends Hitting Streak To Six Games
3 years agoPittsburgh Pirates infielder Hoy Park extended his hitting streak to six games on Saturday, finishing 1-for-4 at the plate in an 11-3 loss to the Reds. Ever since being acquired from the Yankees prior to the deadline, he's been a solid middle infield option in deeper formats as he's slashing .381/.435/.571 with three RBI and two runs scored over his last six games. He looks like a lock to remain in the Pirates' lineup through the rest of the season, and if he can continue to hit like this he'll become a viable option in more formats going forward.
