Hideki Matsuyama Hoping Sawgrass Can Provide A Springboard
2 years agoIt's been a rough go of things recently for the 2021 Masters champion, as Hideki Matsuyama comes into the Players Championship on the back of two missed cuts at Bay Hill and Riviera. Matsuyama has played Sawgrass extremely well over the course of his career (five T25s to only two missed cuts), but the questions still remain as to whether the Japanese ace is still completely over nagging injuries that plagued his 2022 campaign. He remains a high-upside, low-floor option in fantasy and is an intriguing look at 80-1 on betting boards.
