Henry Ruggs III Gets Boost Following Roster Cuts
3 years agoLas Vegas Raiders wide receiver Henry Ruggs III saw a boost in his fantasy value after roster cuts were finalized on Tuesday. The 22-year-old wideout already impressed during training camp, building a rapport with starting quarterback Derek Carr during practices. But with the release of veteran John Brown on Tuesday, Ruggs is almost guaranteed more playtime. The 2020 draft pick out of Alabama logged 98 receptions for 1716 yards and 24 touchdowns during his three-season collegiate career. Expect Ruggs to have lots of upside in games where the Raiders face subpar secondaries.
