The Atlanta Falcons have allowed the fifth-most fantasy points to tight ends through six weeks, so Hurst is a top-tier streaming option in this spot. He has a ton of target competition with receivers Tyler Boyd, Ja'Marr Chase and Tee Higgins, but he's been a top-12 tight end so far this season.
