Harrison Bader A Late Scratch On Saturday
3 years agoSt. Louis Cardinals outfielder Harrison Bader (illness) has been scratched from the starting lineup for Saturday's game against left-hander Jose Quintana and the Pittsburgh Pirates. Dylan Carlson will now be covering center field for the game with Juan Yepez and Corey Dickerson as the team's corner outfielders. Bader reportedly felt lightheaded prior to the game. From the initial reports, it doesn't sound like anything major for Bader, so we'll consider him day-to-day for now. The 27-year-old has appeared in 37 games so far this year and he's slashing .240/.299/.344 with three home runs, 11 stolen bases, 11 RBI and 19 runs.
