While Harris English's Sunday struggles on the back nine last week will be fresh in fantasy managers' minds, this is a great bounce-back spot for the three-time PGA Tour winner. Since winning the Tournament of Champions in January, English has had an up-and-down season, but with two top-15s in his last four starts, his game is really starting to come around. English plays the Farmers Insurance Open every year, so he is very familiar with Torrey Pines, and he finished as the runner-up there in 2015 and eighth in 2018. With a fourth-place-finish last year at the U.S. Open at Winged Foot, the University of Georgia product has shown an ability to perform on long and difficult courses with thick rough.
