Hansel Robles Signs Minors Deal With Dodgers
2 years agoThe Los Angeles Dodgers have signed right-handed reliever Hansel Robles to a minor league deal. The 31-year-old was released by the Red Sox about a week ago after struggling immensely in various late-inning roles with the team. Over 26 appearances, he had a 5.84 ERA and a 1.58 WHIP while blowing six of his eight save opportunities. Robles has had a good amount of success in the past, most notably during his time with the Los Angeles Angels from 2018 to 2020. We'll see if the Dodgers can get him back on track, something the franchise has certainly shown a knack for with struggling pitchers.
