5 years agoLos Angeles Angels pitcher Hansel Robles pitched a scoreless ninth for his 10th save of the season in the Angels 5-3 win on Saturday. Robles has stepped into the closer's role and has nailed down his past four chances. The 28-year-old has not allowed a run over his past seven appearances, striking out seven over his last eight innings. With veteran pitcher Cody Allen being designated for assignment, the closer's role is now Robles' to lose.--Joey C - RotoBaller
