2 years agoThe Boston Red Sox activated pitcher Hansel Robles (back) from the 15-day injured list on Thursday. Phillips Valdez was optioned to Triple-A Worcester in a corresponding move. Robles joined the Red Sox on Thursday after a minimum stay on the injured list. The 31-year-old owns a 2.65 ERA, 1.06 WHIP, and 11:6 K: BB across 17 innings in 2022. He could factor in Boston's closer mix as he has racked up two saves earlier this year.
