Hanley Ramirez Leaves Game After Being Hit On Wrist
7 years agoBoston Red Sox first baseman Hanley Ramirez was hit on the wrist and forced to leave the game against the Yankees in the first inning, according to Alex Speier of The Boston Globe. The pitch was 94 mph from Sonny Gray that did not look intentional. Ramirez was locked in to start the year, batting .357 with eight runs, 12 RBI, two home runs and three stolen bases. We will have to wait for the team announcement, but this will likely derail what started off as a bounce-back season.
