3 years agoBoston Bruins defenseman Hampus Lindholm (lower body) will miss Friday's battle with the Lightning. He was hurt in Tuesday's 5-3 loss to Detroit and hasn't recovered quickly enough. This is a bad blow for the team, with Lindholm having stepped into a big role straight after coming over from Anaheim in a trade. He's averaged 21:45 of ice time in his first seven games for the team and boasts a nice mix of offensive and defensive stats with four points, 12 blocks and 11 hits. Mike Reilly is going to replace Lindholm on the first defensive pairing and Connor Clifton gets a chance to re-enter the lineup.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
