1 year agoSan Diego Padres infielder Ha-Seong Kim (shoulder) is serving as the designated hitter and is batting leadoff on Monday against Colorado Rockies left-hander Austin Gomber. Jake Cronenworth is at the keystone and hitting sixth, while Matthew Batten is at first base and batting eighth in the lineup. Kim returns to the lineup after leaving Sunday's contest early against the Texas Rangers with a jammed right shoulder that he suffered while sliding head-first into home plate. The 27-year-old is having a career year and needs to be returned to starting fantasy lineups on Monday. Kim is currently hitting .279 (93-for-333) with a career-high 14 long balls, 39 RBI, career-high 21 stolen bases and 57 runs scored in 391 plate appearances over 101 games.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
