Gus Edwards Tough To Trust In Week 6
1 year agoBaltimore Ravens running back Gus Edwards has normally been an efficient runner in his career but his last two games have been lackluster. He has to battle Lamar Jackson and Justice Hill for carries and he's uninvolved in the passing game. Through five weeks he's registered just two catches for one yard on two targets. The upside is that he's still seeing 30 or more snaps on offense each week. The downside is that the Titans only give up an average of 18.1 fantasy points per game to opposing running backs. Edwards is better left on the bench this week, but could be started as a flex in desperate situations.
