Gus Edwards Playable If Mark Ingram Sits
5 years agoBaltimore Ravens running back Gus Edwards rushed for 130 yards on 21 carries in Mark Ingram's stead against the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 17. Edwards will likely resume his responsibilities as Ingram's backup going into this weekend's divisional-round matchup against the Tennessee Titans. Ingram is still dealing with the calf injury that sidelined him in Week 16, but Adam Schefter reports he is still "expected to play". If Ingram is unable to go or is limited this weekend, expect Edwards to assume the No. 1 role as he's proven his ability to get the ball moving down the field when given the touches. It's best to wait and see if Ingram's injury will affect the time he sees on the field before rolling Edwards into your lineups this weekend.
