Cleveland had only the ninth-highest chance of winning the No. 1 overall pick at 2.0 percent. The Cincinnati Reds, Colorado Rockies, Oakland Athletics, Chicago White Sox, Kansas City Royals, St. Louis Cardinals, Los Angeles Angels, Pittsburgh Pirates and Washington Nationals will round out the top-10 picks in the 2024 draft.
