4 years agoKansas City Royals relief pitcher Greg Holland had a fantastic season in 2020. He converted all six of his save opportunities and also went 3-0 while posting a 1.91 ERA and 0.95 WHIP. He averaged 9.8 K/9. This year, Holland is in position to close out games for the Royals once again. Last year was a major resurgence for Holland, who turned 35 in November. He saved 17 games for the Arizona Diamondbacks in 2019, but had a 4.54 ERA and a 1.37 WHIP. He's a solid target for saves in fantasy drafts after the first 15 or so closers are off the board. It'll be hard for him to repeat his stellar 2020 rates, but he should still rack up a solid amount of saves on an improving Royals team.--Andrew Ericksen - RotoBaller
