Golden Tate Looking To Stay Hot In Week 5
6 years agoDetroit Lions wide receiver Golden Tate is coming off one of the best games of his career in Week 4 when he caught eight passes for 132 yards and two touchdowns. It was the only time in his career where he had over 100 yards and two touchdowns in a game. Tate has been fantastic out of the slot, averaging 97.3 yards per game, on pace for the best of his career. This week, the Lions draw the Packers who have been solid against the pass. However, there is a chance the game turns into a shootout with two potent offenses. While he isn't a red-zone threat, Tate again has a floor as a WR2 in PPR formats, with the chance to be a WR1 if he finds the endzone.
