2 years agoIn a familiar spot, former light-heavyweight champion Glover Teixeira (33-8) will take to the main event of UFC 283 on Saturday to battle Jamahal Hill for the vacant title. A professional since 2002, Teixeira will take to the Octagon for his 42nd career matchup after just becoming a UFC champion in his 40th bout. One of the most dangerous submission finishers in the UFC, 28 of his career wins have come via the finish, with 11 of them coming by submission. Prior to the Jiri Prochazka loss, Teixeira was undefeated in his previous six bouts. DraftKings sees the former champion as the underdog, though, with a salary of $7,800. Throughout his UFC career (24 bouts), he is averaging 88.5 fantasy points per contest. Though anything is possible with Teixeira, this might just be Hill's time to sit atop the division.--Matt Bricker
