3 years agoNew York Yankees second baseman Gleyber Torres is not in the starting lineup for Saturday's game against Cal Quantrill and the Cleveland Guardians. DJ LeMahieu will be covering the keystone in the contest. Torres went just 1-for-4 in Game 1 of the series on Friday. However, he made some good contact during the game. His final two outs of the game had exit velocities of 90.1 mph and 95.2 mph, respectively, to go along with launch angles of 56 degrees and 41 degrees. The 25-year-old is slashing just .175/.227/.300 with one home run, two RBI and one run scored over 13 games this year. He's one of many Yankees off to a slow start to the year, but he'll still need to pick things up soon in order to maintain an everyday role.--Andrew Ericksen - RotoBaller
