Giovanny Urshela to Miss 10-14 Days Due to a Hamstring Strain
7 years agoCleveland Indians infielder Giovanny Urshela (hamstring) will be forced to miss 10 to 14 days due to a lower-grade hamstring strain. It has not yet been decided, but it is possible that Urshela will require a stint on the disabled list to start the season. He had an excellent spring and was on track to make the team for Opening Day, but this is definitely a setback. Either way, he'll be on the 25-man roster sooner than later, even if he ends up spending some time in Triple-A to kick off the year.
