3 years agoNew York Yankees third baseman Gio Urshela (leg) had to exit Tuesday's game after being hit by a pitch on his shin. Urshela was able to walk to first base but was limping while running and was ultimately pulled from the contest. It sounds like manager Aaron Boone could give Urshela a day off Wednesday, which would likely result in one of DJ LeMahieu, Tyler Wade, or Miguel Andujar starting at third base. At any rate, it doesn't sound like a serious injury that will keep Urshela off the field long.--Tim Capurso
