Giannis Antetokounmpo Produces Triple-Double Sunday
6 years agoMilwaukee Bucks power forward Giannis Antetokounmpo played a very efficient game on Sunday, recording a triple-double before the fourth quarter. The Freak wasn’t asked to contribute his normal workload, thanks to a blowout, but still made the most of his 30 minutes. Antetokounmpo finished the day 8-for-11 from the field and 9-for-12 at the line. His final stat line included 26 points, 15 rebounds, 11 assists, one steal, and a block. The Bucks all-star looked the part Sunday, throwing down several vicious dunks, including one that probably made Kosta Koufos consider a career change. This is the kind of performance fantasy owners should continue to expect all season, as Antetokounmpo is a legitimate triple-double threat any time he takes the court. We would expect him to get more time on the court Tuesday in a tough matchup against the Trail Blazers.
