Giancarlo Stanton Homers In Three-Hit Game
2 years agoNew York Yankees outfielder Giancarlo Stanton went deep again Thursday night, hitting a two-run homer as part of a 3-for-4 day at the plate. Stanton has largely struggled in September, with a .692 OPS in 64 plate appearances, but he's now hit home runs in two of his last three games. That gives Stanton 28 homers, 49 runs scored, and 75 RBI to go with his .763 OPS this year. It hasn't been the campaign many hoped for from the slugger, but he still has time to contribute for the Yankees and fantasy managers alike.
