6 years agoLos Angeles Chargers wide receiver Geremy Davis did his part in Week 1 of the preseason by making a highlight-reel touchdown catch, but head coach Anthony Lynn has told reporters that something he's looking for out of a deep receiver is their performance in the kicking game. He specifically said Davis didn't stand out on special teams last season, so you can believe that Davis will be working hard to try to be a special teams hero come Week 2 against the Seahawks. LA's receiving corps is very deep, but with their history of injuries, someone who starts the season at No. 5 on the depth chart could easily find themselves thrust into a starting role in no time.--Billy Stonick - RotoBaller
